OUR PHILOSOPHY

A performance center designed for anyone with a desire to reach their potential and then exceed it. We use science, prescribed training, and loads of support to get you there.
5 Program offerings
TTI ‘s science-based strength and conditioning programs enhance speed, agility, explosive power, strength and flexibility.
Each athlete receives his or her own individualized weight training program. All athletes are closely monitored throughout the workout. Our programs place a premium on proper movement and the science of strength training.
GYm open Hours
Fall 2020 / Winter 2021 - due to covid-19 reopening guidelines, workouts are by appointment only, in small groups of no more than 45 guests.
