Total Training, Inc. (TTI) is a private performance training center and is open to all members during posted hours of operation. Access to private coaching and prescribed training programs is included with your membership, however, this requires an initial assessment and testing. Our testing and evaluation fee is $42, payable upon application. (See below) For a more personalized experience, apply for a testing appointment by downloading and printing the appropriate Profile & Liability Release form below.

3. Schedule your Assessment
Note: Once TTI has received your Profile & Liability Release form, we'll call you to schedule your assessment.
To receive your personalized exercise prescription, we'll first test the athlete in the following:
> Orthopedic assessment
> Biomechanical assessment
> Strength parameter testing
Assessments are performed weekly Mondays thru Thursdays by appointments only in our training facility.

Cancellations: If a testing appointment is made but not kept (no show, no call), but not canceled or rescheduled no less than 24 hours prior to the testing appointment, the testing fee is forfeited to Total Training Inc. If a testing fee is forfeited, then an additional testing fee must be received prior to re-scheduling an additional testing appointment.
